The Sailing Competition will be held in accordance with the ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing 2001 - 2004, the Olympic Measurement Regulations and the Olympic Charter, in force at the time of the 2004 Games.

Pursuant to the Olympic Charter, ISAF assumes the responsibility for the technical control and direction of its sport at the Olympic Games.

The following includes all the Olympic Games Sailing Competition Documentation.

The Coach Boat Regulations will be published as soon as they are available.
